Being Third Fastest at Pesta Sukan

This year is a pretty unique year for a dragonboat club. Team Kraken has existing members who are newly qualified to be in the Senior as well as in the Master category as they recently join the 40s and 50s club respectively. Due to either that or the fact that Pesta Sukan is nolonger a stranger among us, that we were doing a constantly good job hovering around 64 seconds for the 200-meter race.

True that our Senior boat - even with Florence at the drum - didn't manage to proceed to the Finals. But our Master boat clinched Bronze and we are proud of them!

Thank you everyone, those who have paddled in both boats, our friends guest paddlers, our Coach GW and TM Hamdan; you made the day that was filled with sun, rain and more sun, felt like home.
