WEEKLY PROCEDURES

Team Manager (TM) calls for attendance for the next training through WhatsApp group chat about five days in advance.

Rowers are to immediately respond because TM needs to arrange seating and boat rentals.

Rowers are to inform the team’s Person-in-Charge (PIC) on matters that affect their commitment to the team such as examination period, overseas trip and medical problem or injury.

On training day, please update the group of your whereabouts about half an hour prior to training time, to confirm attendance and punctuality.
